Lakeside Plaza has 48 three bedroom apartments. Each has it's own laundry room, newer  range and refrigerator, forced air heating and cooling.  Each has a bath and a half, a six months lease, rent is based on income with income limits. Rents range from $450 to $525. per month. We do not allow smoking. Dogs are not allowed, but you may have a cat if it is spayed or neutered. We do have a waiting list.
