We have 36 two bedroom apartments. Each apartment has forced air heating and cooling, utility room, newer range and refrigerator. All carpeted. 6 month lease. Rent is based on income and we have income limits. Rents range from $410 to $475  per month. All utilities except electricity are paid. This includes cable T.V. Smoking is not allowed. We do have a waiting list.
