The main level has its own half bath. Covered, off-street parking is provided for 4 vehicles, and there is also an onsite laundry room. The house is leased for a minimum of one month for up to 3 people. A maximum of 5 people can lease the house together. Guests will share the common areas such as the kitchen/dining area, living room and laundry room. The lease fee includes all amentities such as all utilities, Hulu+LiveTV, WiFi, trash and recycling pick-up, lawn maintenance and twice monthly cleaning. The first month's rent, a completed lease agreement and refundable security deposit are required prior to occupancy.
