The house also has a full-size laundry and a furnished storm shelter complete with a wall-mounted fireplace and wall-mounted television. Covered, off-street parking is provided for 1 vehicle. The house is leased for a minimum of one month by a maximum of 3 people. Guests will share the common areas such as the kitchen/dining area, living room and laundry room. The lease fee includes all amenities such as all utilities, Hulu+LiveTV, WiFi, trash and recycling pick-up, lawn maintenance and twice monthly cleaning. The first month's rent, a completed lease agreement and refundable security deposit are required prior to occupancy.
